But if I get stuck, I may take you up on your offer! It truly is insane. Bausch & Lomb bought the rights to market EvoTears here as Miebo, but apparently they applied for FDA approval as a prescription drug. Hence the high price. Ridiculous and infuriating, especially now with tariff restrictions that have cut off a bunch of suppliers to the US.
