But as you note, there are signs of spring. Crocuses were coming up in my front yard before the last big snowfall, and now that it’s melting, I see that they are continuing to poke up, undaunted. I’ve noticed the lively birds too. I think I know what they are saying: “Hey there, cutie, how about a date?” “Oh yeah, big guy!” 😉
