I am glad you had good experiences with the Apple help people, but it’s a shame you had to call on them so much. Given how essential computers have become to our professional and personal lives, they certainly should be easier to maintain. I feel your frustration! And now can we talk about cell phones? . . . !!!

I was laughing thru your entire article. I have spent hours upon hours with Apple support. I totally agree with you. Apple has the best support team. Like you said, they know their stuff and are soooo patient, especially with an old person like me. I almost want to send them cookies.
